Deposit Amount: To secure a grooming appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking.

Purpose: This deposit reserves your appointment slot and will be credited towards the final cost of the grooming service.

Final Pricing: The total cost of the grooming service depends on various factors, including the dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and specific grooming requirements. Therefore, the final price will be assessed and communicated upon completion of the service.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the £20 deposit.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment Methods: Deposits can be made online through our booking system using major credit or debit cards.

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances where Harlequin’s Hounds needs to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
