Deposit Amount

To secure a grooming appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking.

Purpose of Deposit

The deposit reserves your appointment slot and will be deducted from the final cost of the grooming service.

Final Pricing

The total cost of the grooming service varies depending on the dog’s breed, size, coat condition, behaviour, and grooming requirements. The final price will be confirmed upon completion of the groom.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the £20 deposit.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in:

• Forfeiture of the £20 deposit, and

• A charge to cover the minimum groom amount of £46.50.

Payment Methods

Deposits must be paid online at the time of booking via our booking system using major credit or debit cards.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that Harlequin’s Hounds cancels the appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled booking.
